1. Introduction

A DIFC (Non-Sponsored) Employee Card authorises an individual to work for a DIFC entity when they are not employed on that entity's own visa. We manage the full application end to end.

2. Who Can Apply

Company equity holders — shareholders, members or partners of a DIFC entity

Long-term visa (Golden Visa) holders who wish to work for DIFC entities

Employees with an NOC from the current sponsor to work in the DIFC entity

Employees sponsored by a spouse or parents

3. Required Documents

Required Documents

Passport copy

Employment contract copy (not required if the applicant is a shareholder)

Proof of ownership (if not a direct shareholder per the DIFC register)

NOC from the current sponsor

High-resolution digital photo (EID standard, taken within 6 months)

Photo spec: 35 × 40 mm, white background, taken within 6 months, min. 600 dpi; head straight facing camera, eyes open, no colored lenses (non-reflective glasses permitted), attire per national/religious norms.

Note: If you are an existing InBusiness client, we already hold some of these documents on file — no need to resend those.

Review and verification of submitted documents

Preparation and submission of all required DIFC portal forms and filings

Coordination with the relevant authorities

End-to-end Employment Card application processing

NOC drafting

Ongoing communication and Q&A support throughout the process
