New Dependent Visa Application – Outside the Country
An outside the country visa application is submitted when the applicant is not physically present in the UAE at the time of application.
The sponsor must have a minimum monthly salary of AED 5,000.
Upon approval, an Entry Permit is issued. The applicant must enter the UAE using this permit, after which the remaining steps are completed inside the country — including medical examination, Emirates ID biometrics, and residence visa stamping.
Age Limit for sponsoring a son: Up to 25 years old (unmarried, studying); Proof of full-time education (university enrollment letter) required.
Age Limit for sponsoring a daughter: No age limit; the daughter must be unmarried, which may require a no-marriage certificate/undertaking letter.
