Dependent Visa Renewal Application

A dependent visa renewal is submitted when the applicant's current residence visa is about to expire or has expired within the grace period. The renewal process ensures continuity of legal residency status in the UAE.

The sponsor must hold a valid UAE Golden Visa (10-year residency)

Medical examination and Emirates ID renewal/application are required as part of the renewal process

Age Limit for sponsoring a son: Up to 25 years old (unmarried, studying); Proof of full-time education (university enrollment letter) required.

Age Limit for sponsoring a daughter: No age limit; the daughter must be unmarried, which may require a no-marriage certificate/undertaking letter.

High-Quality Digital Photograph	High-quality, recent color photo (35 × 40 mm, not older than 6 months) with a white background, head straight and facing the camera, eyes open without colored lenses, glasses permitted if non-reflective and not obscuring the eyes, appropriate attire per national or religious norms, and a minimum resolution of 600 dpi.
Marriage Certificate (For Spouse)	Attested by the UAE Embassy in the issuing country and UAE MOFA in Dubai, translated into Arabic
Birth Certificate (For Children)	Attested by the UAE Embassy in the issuing country and UAE MOFA in Dubai, translated into Arabic
