As the UAE is not party to the Apostille Convention, full consular legalization at the Russian Consulate/Embassy is required. We offer two service options depending on how much of the process you need us to handle.

How the Process Works

The full legalization path has three steps, completed in this order:

Step 1

MOFA Attestation

UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Step 2

Russian Translation

Certified legal translation

Step 3

Consular Legalization

Russian Embassy / Consulate, UAE

If a DMCC document: a True Copy is obtained first, before Step 1.

Option 1 covers Step 3 only (Consulate/Embassy legalization). Option 2 covers all three steps.

Documents We Handle

Trade License, Certificate of Incorporation, MOA / AOA, Share Certificates, Board Resolutions, Powers of Attorney, and other corporate documents.

Option 1 — Consulate/Embassy Legalization Only

For documents that are already MOFA-attested and translated — only the final legalization step at the Russian Consulate/Embassy remains. Our step-by-step service:

We book the appointment and arrange the submission slot.

We submit the documents to the Russian Consulate/Embassy.

We follow up with the authority until legalization is complete.

We collect and deliver the legalized documents back to you within Dubai.

Option 2 — Full Legalization Package

Full end-to-end legalization, handled in sequence. Our step-by-step service:

We obtain a True Copy from DMCC first (for DMCC documents).

We arrange MOFA attestation of the document.

We arrange certified Russian translation.

We submit to the Russian Consulate/Embassy for legalization.

We follow up, then collect and deliver the legalized documents within Dubai.
